Whether you have never exercised before or are in great shape, whether you are overweight or fit and trim, whether you are 35 or 95, one of the eight degeorgedynamic programs can help you achieve your optimum fitness goals.  Because the degeorgedynamic plans are flexible programs, they incorporate a variety of workout techniques and are geared to accommodate every body type, fitness level, and age group. The programs are progressive and they really work. Each one is individualized for your success.

Jo’s Method

1) SPECIALIZED INFUSION METHODS

Combines Weight Training, Pilates, Yoga, and Core Strengthening. You will truly get amazing results. Realize your potential for strength, coordination, and balance. Feel and look better than you ever have.

2) 50+ FINALLY SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS YOUR NEEDS

If you are a man or a woman 50+ and you are looking to lose fat or tone your body, this is the program for you. Remarkable results are achieved by taking the individual through a specifically-sequenced exercise program that produces long, lean, sculptured muscles and helps get rid of the unwanted pounds. Your body will become lean, strong, and balanced as a result.

3) SUPER STRETCHING PROGRAM

Through the targeted use of balls, bars, bands and rollers your hips, back, legs, neck and shoulders will release and function more properly.  Each program is unique.  YOU’VE NEVER STRETCHED LIKE THIS BEFORE.

4) 75+ SENIOR FUNCTIONALITY PROGRAM

Oh, yes, you can! This program focuses on balance, strength and increased range of motion. Become more INDEPENDENT and FEEL SAFER and STRONGER every day. My oldest client is 93 and he works out with weights 4 times a week – indeed :)

5) THERAPEUTIC CONDITIONINGPOST GENERAL PHYSICAL THERAPY

This program is geared specifically for when you’re done with your general therapy by a PT assigned to you by your doctor.  After you’ve worked with a hospital therapist, many times more “specific” therapy is required.   Here’s where I come in.  Over the years, I have developed  “in-home” therapy programs that go far beyond general therapy.  These specially designed programs are the ”link” to help you get back your life and function once again.

6) MENOPAUSAL THERAPY TREATMENT PROGRAM

This program is specifically designed if your are premenopausal, menopausal, or post menopausal. Get your hormones in balance and take control again. Get long, lean muscle and feel more energized. It’s a tough time and I can help you through it. If you are dealing with with all the symptoms that come at this time in your life…hot flashes, mood swings, depression, insomnia, osteoporosis, and weight gain, this program WILL help you. 7) NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
